I’m the Founder & Lead Recruiter of Mega Recruitment.

With 11 years of experience in the recruitment industry, I genuinely love what I do — especially the psychology of hiring and retention, meeting new people and joining all the dots in the architecture and design network. 

For me, it’s all about the people — that’s what makes a practice tick. My no-BS, results-driven approach means I say things as they are (sometimes brutally honest but always with your best interests at heart). I’m here to help businesses build stronger teams and candidates to land roles that truly fit them and the firm.

I’m all about building long-term relationships and really getting to know your business. That way, I can deliver the best results through a process that’s smooth, straightforward and enjoyable (yes, enjoyable!).
