Founded in 2020 by a leader with a clear vision for change, Mega Recruitment was created to raise the standards of the recruitment industry. We focus on supporting both candidates seeking new opportunities and clients looking for the right people who will add genuine value to their organisation.

We believe that when a company grows, its people should grow with it (and it’s our role to help make that happen).

Across the industry, we noticed recurring issues: candidates not being kept informed, and clients not receiving the best fit or talent for their roles. We knew we could do better for the industry. That’s why Mega Recruitment is committed to delivering a higher level of communication, transparency, and service. 

We partner with practices of all sizes, from boutique and medium-scale studios through to the largest Tier 1 practices.
