Meet The Team

Gemma Palfreyman

Founder, Director and Principal Consultant

Queensland raised and London-trained, Gemma’s recruitment journey began in London before she made the move to Sydney, bringing with her a global perspective and a no-nonsense approach to recruitment.

After seeing how traditional agencies operated, she knew there was a better way. Mega Recruitment was built on relationships, not numbers. Gemma believes recruitment should feel personal, considered and honest for clients and candidates alike.

She loves the architecture, design & construction industry for its diversity, creativity and constant movement. No day looks the same, and that’s exactly how she likes it.

While others focus on volume, Gemma focuses on fit. The people she introduces, aren’t just available, they’re aligned. And more often than not, they’re the right hire.
