VISA requirements: Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship) with current local NSW experience is essential

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Architect who can work independently, confidently coordinate with external consultants (including HCMC), and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects in NSW.
In the role as Project Architect (ArchiCAD / Revit) you’ll be:

Working independently to manage key project stages while coordinating closely with HCMC

Managing the design development and documentation of multi-residential and mixed-use projects
-
Overseeing coordination between consultants, clients, and contractors

Leading project teams through documentation and construction phases

Producing detailed drawings and specifications using ArchiCAD or Revit
-
Assisting in the delivery of projects through documentation and construction
-
Ensuring design integrity and compliance with Australian standards and building codes
-
Supporting senior leadership in project delivery and client presentations
-
Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members
In the role as Project Architect (ArchiCAD / Revit), we require you to have the following experience:

7–10 years post-graduate experience within an Australian architectural practice

Proven experience delivering projects, ideally within multi-residential or mixed-use sectors
-
Ability to work independently and confidently coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, including HCMC
-
Experience delivering large-scale projects in NSW, including Class 2 developments
-
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit
-
Strong documentation, coordination, and consultant management skills
-
Excellent understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and construction methods
-
Bachelor or Master of Architecture (or equivalent qualification)
-
NSW Registered Architect (preferred but not essential)

Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship) with current local experience
