This well-established Architecture & Interior Design practice is expanding its Brisbane studio and is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join the team.
With a strong design reputation, a healthy pipeline of work, and clear succession planning in place, this studio offers genuine long-term stability (not just another project by project role).
With strong pipeline and locked in work, we are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with solid documentation experience and Revit capability to work on a variety of diverse projects.
About the Role
This is a technical, delivery-focused position supporting projects across retail, hospitality, hotel, and multi-residential sectors.
You’ll work closely with project architects and consultants, taking ownership of documentation packages and contributing to the technical resolution of projects from design development through to construction. This role will suit someone who enjoys being relied upon for technical expertise and takes pride in producing clear, coordinated documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and coordination of detailed architectural documentation
- Providing technical input across all stages of project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with Australian building codes and standards
- Coordination with consultants and external stakeholders
- Working within Revit-based BIM environments to maintain documentation quality
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ local experience in architectural documentation
- Strong Revit skills with a solid understanding of BIM workflows
- Sound knowledge of construction detailing and local regulations
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
- Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
