Registered Architect | Retail, Hospitality & Multi-Residential

A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Registered Architect to join its Brisbane studio. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects spanning retail, hospitality, hotel, and multi-residential sectors, within a collaborative and well-structured studio environment.
This position will suit an all-rounder Registered Architect who is comfortable working across all project stages and enjoys balancing design input with technical delivery and consultant coordination.
About the Role
Working as part of the project delivery team, you will be involved across all stages of projects, from early design through to documentation and construction. You’ll contribute to design development, oversee documentation quality, coordinate consultants, and support the delivery of projects to a high standard.
The role provides exposure to a variety of project types and scales and will suit someone looking to continue developing both their design and technical capabilities within a supportive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities

Work across all project stages, from concept design through to construction

Contribute to design development while maintaining a strong focus on buildability

Prepare and coordinate architectural documentation

Coordinate consultants and liaise with external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and local planning requirements

Support project delivery, resourcing, and programme management

Work within Revit-based environments with an understanding of BIM workflows
Skills & Experience

Registered Architect in Australia

Strong experience working across a range of project stages

Background delivering projects within the Australian market

Proficiency in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows

Good knowledge of construction methods, documentation, and compliance requirements

Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and consultants

Ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently
