A Nationally recognised and highly reputable design practice is seeking an experienced Interior Designer – Health to join their Brisbane studio. This practice is recognised for delivering complex, thoughtfully resolved health environments that balance design excellence with technical precision. We are seeking an Interior Designer with 5–10+ years’ Australian experience in Health projects who is confident working across all phases, from early design thinking through to documentation and delivery. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders, architects, consultants, and clients, playing a key role in shaping high-quality healthcare environments.

In the role as Interior Designer – Health, you’ll be:
Contributing to the design and delivery of large-scale Health projects
Working across all project stages from concept design and design development through to documentation and completion
Producing and reviewing high-quality documentation and models using Revit
Collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and specialist health stakeholders
Coordinating consultants and supporting client engagement
Balancing regulatory requirements with strong, well-resolved design outcomes
Contributing to internal design discussions and maintaining project vision
In the role as Interior Designer – Health, we require you to have:
5–10+ years post-graduate experience within Australian interior design practice
Proven experience delivering Health sector projects in Australia
Demonstrated experience working across all project phases
Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
Strong understanding of Australian building codes and healthcare guidelines
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Bachelor of Interior Design (or equivalent qualification)
Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
