Mid or Senior Interior Designer
Design-Led Studio | Tier 1 Projects | Sydney
Mega Recruitment is currently seeking a design-driven Mid to Senior Interior Designer who can create exceptional concepts and carry them through to delivery. Someone with a strong eye, refined taste, and the ability to think beyond the obvious balancing creative exploration with technical resolution.
You’ll be joining a tier-one, design-focused studio known for its collaborative approach, strong design exposure, and consistently delivering high-quality interior outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys the front end of design thriving in concept development, storytelling and presentations but who can also ground ideas in Revit and real world delivery.

The team is engaged, design conversations are part of the day-to-day, and you’ll gain real exposure across all stages of a project. Key responsibilities:
- Develop strong, design-led concepts and spatial narratives
- Create and lead client presentations — clear, engaging and visually resolved
- Communicate confidently with clients, articulating design intent and rationale
- Explore and resolve materiality, finishes, joinery and spatial planning
- Produce and coordinate Revit documentation
- Work closely with the broader team to ensure the design vision is carried through every stage
Key qualifications requirements:
- 6-12+ years as an Interior Designer working in Australia
- Bachelor or equivalent in Interior Design
- Exceptional design ability and conceptual thinking
- Strong Revit skills
- Ability to create high-quality presentations
- Confident, clear communication with clients and stakeholders
- A strong sense of taste, materiality and composition
- Someone who can approach design differently and elevate outcomes
- We require someone who is currently based Sydney that holds local experience is essential for this role
- Full working rights such as PR or Citizenship is essential for this role
