We are seeking someone who can bring their health care experience into a high-profile Tier 1 practice. In this role, we require you to have a strong understanding of how healthcare buildings function, and the confidence to work closely with clinicians, consultants and project leaders to resolve competing design, technical and operational requirements.
In the role as a Senior Architect or Associate, we will need you to have the following skills:
- Current experience on hospital, acute care, ambulatory, specialist clinical or comparable healthcare projects
- Proven ability to contribute across detailed design, documentation and construction-phase delivery
- Confidence communicating with clinicians, consultants and project stakeholders
- Familiarity with healthcare standards, codes and regulatory requirements
Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage work packages with limited supervision - A proactive, professional and team-oriented approach
dRofus proficiency - Strong clinical planning capability, with an understanding of patient journeys, staff movement, adjacencies, infection control and operational flow
This role offers the chance to join one of Australia’s most respected design practices and contribute to a significant health project that will shape future models of care.
You’ll be surrounded by experienced leaders, specialist health architects and a studio culture that values design quality, technical excellence, collaboration and career development.
