In the role as a Project Leader, this is what the role entails:
Enjoy taking ownership of key project packages while supporting the delivery of larger-scale projects. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a critical role in driving project outcomes from documentation through to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project packages through documentation and delivery
- Support the transition into leading larger projects end-to-end
- Coordinate consultants and manage project interfaces
- Produce and oversee high-quality documentation in Revit
- Maintain design intent while ensuring strong technical resolution
- Manage programme, deliverables, and project quality
- Resolve technical challenges across documentation and construction phases
In the role as a Project Leader, we require you to hold the following minimum experience:
- 7–12+ years’ experience within an architectural practice
- Strong background across multi-residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Proven experience leading project packages through delivery stages
- High-level proficiency in Revit
- Strong technical and documentation capability
- Solid understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning controls
- Confident communicator with strong consultant coordination skills
- Ambition to step into a Project Leader role on larger-scale projects
- Based in Melbourne with local industry experience
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
