As their new Project Leader, you will lead your own packages and smaller to medium-scale projects across multi-residential work, with a strong focus on delivery phase experience. Reporting into an Associate Principal, you will be fully supported with extensive training, mentorship and guidance as you continue to develop your technical and project leadership capability.
This practice is well known for its excellent training in ArchiCAD and overall project delivery. You will gain valuable exposure, hands-on knowledge and ongoing development while working closely with an experienced senior team.

In the role as Project Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Lead your own packages and smaller to medium-scale projects across multi-residential work
- Report into and work closely with an Associate Principal
- Mentor and guide Graduate Architects and junior team members where required
- Liaise and coordinate with project teams, clients and consultants
- Assist with contract administration procedures, site visits and construction meetings
- Drive design development and manage production of architectural documentation packages through design development, tender and construction documentation
- Contribute to the delivery of multiple developments from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
- Contribute to client relationship management
To be successful in the role of a Project Leader, you will require:
- Minimum of 6–8 years’ post-graduate experience in architectural practice
- A Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture is essential
- Must be based in Sydney
- Local Australian architectural practice experience is essential
- Full working rights in Australia – Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred
- Strong ArchiCAD experience is essential
- Proven experience working on multi-residential projects
- Strong delivery phase experience, including documentation, consultant coordination, construction phase involvement and site coordination
- Proven ability to lead packages and smaller to medium-scale projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to continue learning
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Adaptable and forward-thinking approach to design challenges
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and guide others’ work
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a close-knit senior team
