Project Architect | Multi-Residential Projects
Our client is one of Western Australia’s most respected architecture and design studios, recognised for delivering landmark projects across the multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial and hospitality sectors. Renowned for their design excellence, technical expertise and collaborative studio culture, they consistently deliver projects that are both architecturally refined and commercially successful.
Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their delivery team. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced architect who has successfully delivered project packages and is looking to take the next step in their career within a highly respected design studio.
As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of multi-residential projects, working closely with senior leadership, consultants and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining design integrity throughout the delivery process while ensuring projects are coordinated, technically resolved and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver project packages from detailed documentation through to construction delivery
- Take ownership of project packages while supporting the delivery of larger-scale developments
- Produce and oversee high-quality documentation in Revit
- Coordinate consultants and manage project interfaces throughout all project stages
- Contribute to design development while ensuring technical resolution and buildability
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and quality assurance processes
- Work closely with senior leadership and project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Resolve technical and construction-related challenges during documentation and delivery phases
Skills & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 7–10+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proven experience delivering project packages across multi-residential or comparable project sectors
- Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrated project-based experience
- Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards and local planning requirements
- Excellent technical documentation and project coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A desire to continue developing into a Project Leader position
- Full Australian working rights (Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship)
- Currently based in Perth, or willing to relocate, with Australian project experience
