An outstanding opportunity is available for experienced Revit Technicians to join one of Australia’s most highly regarded architectural studios and contribute to a major, well-known health project currently progressing through the Design Development phase.

We are seeking candidates who are currently based in Perth, have recent local project experience and can confidently hit the ground running within an established project team.
You will join a highly experienced team working across the technical development, coordination and documentation of a landmark healthcare project.

The position is initially offered as a six-month contract, with the potential to be extended or reviewed for a permanent appointment based on performance and ongoing project requirements.

The successful candidate will ideally be available to start immediately or within one to two weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Producing accurate and coordinated Revit documentation
  • Supporting the project through the Design Development phase
  • Working closely with architects, designers, consultants and project leaders
  • Resolving technical, detailing and documentation issues
  • Maintaining project BIM and documentation standards
  • Coordinating information across multiple disciplines
  • Contributing to the delivery of a complex, large-scale health project

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Be currently based in Perth
  • Hold recent local architectural or project delivery experience
  • Have strong, demonstrated Revit capability
  • Have experience working on complex, large-scale projects
  • Be technically strong and confident producing detailed documentation
  • Be able to integrate quickly into an established project team
  • Be available to commence immediately or within one to two weeks
  • Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia

Experience across major projects in the following sectors will be highly regarded:

  • Health

  • Mixed-use
  • Major public or institutional developments

Previous healthcare experience would be advantageous; however, candidates with strong technical experience across other complex project sectors are also encouraged to apply.
