With a healthy pipeline of secured work including several large scale, design focused projects the studio is now looking to bring on Architects and Senior Architects to strengthen the team. This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy being hands on across projects, contributing to design and documentation, and working closely with senior leadership on high quality outcomes.

In the role as an Architect / Senior Architect, this is what the role entails:
You will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of projects, contributing across multiple stages while working closely with Project Leaders and senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to design development and documentation across project stages

Assist in the delivery of project packages from DA through to construction

Prepare and develop detailed documentation in Revit
-
Coordinate with consultants and support project interfaces
-
Maintain design intent while resolving technical details
-
Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and project quality
-
Work collaboratively within project teams to achieve strong design outcomes
- Support the resolution of technical challenges during documentation and construction
In the role as an Architect / Senior Architect, we require you to hold the following minimum experience:

4–10+ years’ experience within an architectural practice

Experience across multi-residential, commercial, or hospitality projects

Exposure to multiple project stages, ideally through documentation and delivery

Proficiency in Revit with strong documentation skills

Good understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning controls

Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate into technical outcomes

Ability to coordinate with consultants and work within project teams
-
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Based in Melbourne with local industry experience
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
