Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Graduate Architect to join their Sydney-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple project typologies while working on large-scale developments within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
About the Role:
Permanent Full-time
Location: Sydney CBD
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Experience: 2–5 years’ post-graduate experience within an architectural practice
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
Local Experience: Minimum 2+ years working within an Australian architectural practice
Location Requirement: Must be currently based in Sydney

In the role of Graduate Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the design and documentation of projects across all stages
- Supporting project teams on large-scale developments across various typologies
- Producing accurate and detailed documentation using Revit
- Participating in design development, coordination, and project meetings
- Assisting with consultant coordination and project delivery tasks
- Working closely with senior team members to develop technical and design skills
- Contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented studio environment
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 2–5 years’ post-graduate experience within an architectural practice
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working within an Australian architectural office
- Proficiency in Revit
- Good understanding of Australian BCA and Regulations
- Strong design capability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
- Must be currently based in Sydney or locally in Australia with local Australian project experience
