The Role – Project Leader
In this role, you will take ownership of project packages while supporting the transition into leading larger projects through delivery phases. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining design integrity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing project packages from documentation through to delivery
- Supporting or stepping into the delivery of larger-scale projects
- Producing and overseeing detailed documentation in Revit
- Coordinating consultants and managing project interfaces
- Contributing to design development while ensuring technical resolution
- Managing timelines, deliverables, and quality control across project stages
- Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
- Resolving complex technical challenges throughout documentation and construction
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 7–12+ years’ professional experience, ideally across multi-residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Proven experience leading project packages and contributing to delivery phases
- Strong proficiency in Revit with demonstrated project-based experience
- Solid understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning controls
- Strong technical, coordination, and documentation capabilities
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with consultants and stakeholders
- Ambition to step into a Project Leader role on larger, more complex projects
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
- Currently based in Sydney with local industry experience
