With studios in Sydney and Melbourne, the practice delivers complex, large-scale projects that combine advanced technical solutions with creative design thinking.

You will lead a team of senior designers on technically complex projects, guiding them from DD through to completion, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and outstanding outcomes at every stage. In the role as Associate Architect, you’ll be:

Leading a team of senior designers across complex projects from DD through to completion

Overseeing and ensuring design and technical excellence on all projects

Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain project integrity

Producing and reviewing high-quality documentation using Revit
-
Applying a strong foundational understanding of how projects are put together
-
Mentoring and developing senior designers and project teams
-
Ensuring compliance with the BCA and relevant Australian standards
-
Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing studio culture
In the role as Associate Architect, we require you to have the following experience:

12+ years of professional architectural experience within Australia
-
Proven experience leading teams across all project phases, particularly DD to completion
-
Advanced proficiency in Revit
-
Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of the BCA
-
Experience delivering complex and technically demanding projects
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
-
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
