With several significant projects recently secured, our client is continuing to grow their specialist Health team and is now seeking an experienced Health Interiors Leader to join their Interiors team in Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative and design-led practice working across complex, large-scale healthcare projects, where you will play a key leadership role shaping health environments from concept design through to construction documentation.

The Opportunity:

You will play a key role in the delivery of major healthcare projects, leading the interior design scope from concept design through to construction documentation. Working alongside design leaders, architects and consultants, you will help guide project teams while ensuring design quality and client expectations are achieved.

This role suits someone who has worked across several healthcare projects, understands the complexities of the sector, and is comfortable leading teams and coordinating project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the interior design delivery of healthcare projects from concept through to documentation
  • Collaborate closely with architectural teams, consultants and clients to deliver integrated design outcomes
  • Facilitate and contribute to stakeholder and user group meetings where required
  • Guide and mentor interior design team members, supporting their professional growth
  • Maintain design intent across all project stages, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with Design Principals and project leaders on complex healthcare environments
  • Contribute to a creative, collaborative studio culture

Key experience required:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Health Interiors Leader with a strong understanding of healthcare design environments.

What we require:

  • Proven experience delivering healthcare or hospital projects, ideally medium to large scale

  • Strong interior design leadership experience, including guiding teams and coordinating project delivery

  • Understanding of healthcare design principles and operational requirements

  • Experience working through multiple project phases from concept to construction documentation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proficiency in Revit (experience with dRofus is highly regarded)

  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach to design challenges
