Designer | Experienced Architectural Grad | Architect

A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Graduate Architect to join its Perth studio. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects on a range of projects, gaining exposure across design, documentation, and project delivery within a supportive and collaborative studio environment.
This position will suit a motivated graduate or recently registered architect with strong design fundamentals, good technical skills, and a desire to continue developing their career within a professional practice.
About the Role
Working closely with senior architects, you will support projects from early design stages through to documentation and construction. You’ll contribute to concept development, prepare drawings and presentation material, and assist with coordination across the broader project team.
The role provides hands-on exposure to real projects and is ideal for someone looking to strengthen both their design capability and technical understanding in a structured studio setting.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior architects on project development and delivery

Assist in the creation of design concepts and presentation materials

Produce architectural drawings and construction documentation

Conduct research on materials, products, and building systems

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle

Support project teams across multiple projects and deadlines

Work within Revit-based BIM environments
Skills & Experience
-
Master’s degree in Architecture or recently registered Architect
-
3+ years of post-graduation experience within an architectural practice

Strong design capability demonstrated through a well-presented portfolio

Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Advanced proficiency in Revit

Experience with BIM workflows and Adobe Creative Suite

Working knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and design sensibility

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Understanding of building codes and regulatory requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across several projects
