Revit Delivery Architect or Technician | Complex Projects | Perth

Due to expanding project workload, our Perth office is seeking an experienced Revit Delivery Architect to lead technical documentation and delivery coordination from DA through to construction documentation on significant assignments.
The successful candidate will be a Revit specialist responsible for managing technical delivery across large-scale projects. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate documentation and coordinate complex technical information through all delivery phases from development application to construction documentation.

Essential Requirements:
- 5-10+ years professional architectural experience
- Advanced Revit proficiency with complex project experience
- Strong technical documentation and detailing skills
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Experience with delivery coordination and technical documentation from DA to CD
- Knowledge of Australian building codes and construction methods
- Australian citizenship essential
- Ability to work across DA, DD, CD, and CA phases
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Revit technical documentation from DA through construction documentation
- Coordinate delivery workflows across project phases
- Produce comprehensive construction drawings and technical details
- Manage technical delivery standards and quality control processes
- Coordinate with consultants and ensure technical integration
- Support construction administration and technical queries
- Maintain drawing consistency and technical accuracy across all phases
- Lead technical delivery coordination and project documentation
