In the role as Senior Project Architect (ArchiCAD) you’ll be:
- Leading the delivery of multi-residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion
- Overseeing design development, documentation, and delivery using ArchiCAD
- Managing coordination with consultants, clients, and contractors
- Providing mentorship and leadership to project teams and junior architects
- Ensuring project compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Producing detailed documentation and technical drawings to support design intent
- Driving design quality and technical innovation across all project stages
- Liaising with clients to communicate design outcomes and project updates
In the role as Senior Project Architect (ArchiCAD), we require you to have the following minimum experience:
- 9–12+ years post-graduate experience within an Australian architectural practice
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree (or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading and delivering multi-residential apartment projects
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential
- Excellent technical knowledge and strong understanding of construction documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate project teams
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and construction methods
- Architectural registration (AACA) highly desirable but not essential
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship) with local experience
