Due to growth and an exciting pipeline of health sector projects, our client is seeking two experienced Interior Designers (one based in Sydney and one based in Brisbane) to join their teams. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile health projects while working within a collaborative, design-driven studio.

In the role of Interior Designer, you will be responsible for:

Contributing to the design development of health projects from concept through to delivery
-
Preparing detailed documentation, drawings, and specifications while maintaining design intent
-
Assisting in the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings for healthcare environments
-
Collaborating closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
-
Participating in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
-
Maintaining design quality and assisting in resolving challenges during project delivery
We are looking for someone who has:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
-
6–10+ years’ professional experience, ideally with a focus on health projects
-
Strong design capability with excellent technical and documentation skills
-
Experience in material, furniture, and finish selection for healthcare or similar environments
-
Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
-
Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)

Currently residing in Sydney or Brisbane with local project experience
