VISA requirements: Full working rights (PR & OR CITIZENSHIP) and local experience is essential for this role.

In the role as Graduate Architect (ArchiCAD) you’ll be:
- Preparing detailed construction documentation and technical drawings for significant project in Health and other typologies.
- Producing comprehensive drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings
- Developing technical details and specifications to support design intent
- Working closely with senior architects and project leaders on construction documentation delivery
- Coordinating with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure buildability
- Supporting project delivery through accurate and thorough documentation processes
- Producing technical detailing for complex architectural elements and building systems
- Assisting in construction administration and responding to contractor queries during build phases
In the role as Graduate Architect (ArchiCAD), we require you to have the following minimum experience:
- We are seeking someone with around 3-4 years post graduate experience maximum
- Bachelor of Architecture and, or Masters degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD with experience working in documentation and technical drawing packages.
- Current experience in Australia working on larger scale projects (Health, Education desired)
- Strong technical knowledge and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with collaborative mindset
- Commitment to design excellence and professional development
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth within a supportive environment
- Understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and construction methods
- You must have full working rights in Australia with local experience
