A prominent Sydney-based design studio with an international presence seeks to appoint an accomplished Architect to their growing team. This practice has built an enviable reputation through their innovative work spanning multi-residential apartments, commercial spaces, hospitality venues and integrated urban developments.

At present we are seeking either an experienced Graduate Architect or an established Architect who brings strong design thinking and substantial experience in residential tower and multi-residential apartment projects.
Role Details:
- Full-time permanent opportunity
- Location: Sydney (We require you to be based in Sydney and have current local experience for this role)
- Remuneration: Market-leading salary aligned with expertise

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only
- Essential: 4-9 years Australian practice experience
- ArchiCAD is used in this office – so training is provided but ArchiCAD desired!

In the role as an Architect, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Shape design solutions for complex residential developments
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes
- Create and deliver persuasive design presentations to diverse audiences
- Produce detailed technical documentation and project specifications
- Liaise with external consultants and construction teams to maintain design quality
- Support emerging architects while contributing to studio knowledge sharing
- Maintain expertise in regulatory requirements and sustainable design approaches
In the role as an Architect we require you to have the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master of Architecture degree
- 4-9 years in architectural practice with proven track record working locally
- Recent Sydney-based experience on residential tower/apartment projects
- Demonstrated strength in conceptual designs, design development and creative problem-solving
- Comprehensive understanding of project delivery from inception to completion
- Australian work authorisation (PR or Citizenship required)
- Sydney-based applicants are essential
